• If your planning to use your pool for an event, we recommend opening at least 2 weeks before said date so if cleaning and/or equipment replacement is required, there will be time to address anything prior

• If the water level isn’t high enough for start up a technician will prepare all equipment and submit a service ticket for return follow up. Likewise, if the or an initial vacuum can’t be completed at the time of opening, a service ticket will be submitted for a return follow up

• SALT WATER POOLS – The salt system shouldn't be turned on at the time of the opening as it is always best for the pool water to be clean and at a temperature of 20c or higher before doing so. Use liquid chlorine or granular shock to raise the chlorine level and once the pool has been cleaned and the water temperature is up, stop by our retail location with a water sample, our technicians can complete an analysis, prescribe any balancing chemicals required and offer instruction, tips and tricks to get the pool water balanced, salt system on and salt to the proper operating levels

• HEATED POOLS – We will reinstall drainage plugs and test the system but ignition, cleaning and/or any service that may be required does need to be completed by a licensed gas technician

Individual Maintenance Visit Includes:

Minimum of one visit per week for our technician to complete the following;

Check for proper circulation of systems, check pump and filter, check for leaks at equipment, skim pool (if needed), brush sides (if needed) vacuum pool, empty skimmers, backwash and rinse filter, clean cartridges (if needed), quick check chlorine range, PH level, total alkalinity, stabilizer range and salt level if maintaining a salt pool and add chlorine and or any balancing/seasonal chemicals required.

Our technician will also collect a water sample for analysis once a month to complete full water testing allowing for optimal water balance and pool equipment maintenance.
